Imagine your organisation firing on all cylinders…

Where does your organisation sit on the energy meter?
Energy is about capacity and focus
It’s well understood that where organisations effectively tap into their available energy capacities, optimal outcomes can be achieved. Yet in reality, few organisations get to this point and operate well below their potential. They are not firing on all cylinders.
Energy leakage occurs in many forms and often with serious ramifications – missed corporate goals, unsatisfied stakeholders and clients, unnecessary direct and indirect financial costs, lost market opportunities, unfulfilled staff and so on.
The energy in organisations is simply misdirected, attending to rework or activities of low importance. On other occasions, energy is just plain wasted through ineffective meetings, reports and the like. And in yet other cases, the energy is simply not there; the vitality is gone… people say they are stretched to the limit and unable to give more.
Return on Investment Methodology
We are serious about demonstrating the value of our initiatives. This is why our approach is built on a return on investment methodology. We take Kirkpatrick’s framework to build a chain of evidence between each of the four levels. Each step builds on the previous to eventuate in organisational impact.
The goal of our evaluation is to state the following:
“Here are data that show that attendees were engaged in the training and found it relevant (feel), which led to an increase in knowledge and skills (think), which with the support of their leaders led to significant changes in behaviour (act), which ultimately contributed to the results you were looking for (impact).” Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick
