DIAGNOSE
Energy Diagnostic Executive & General Level - This diagnostic taps into how effectively energy is applied in your organisation in relation to organisational objectives and activities. We employ a top-down and bottom-up approach to identify opportunities for significant increases in energy utilisation.
Personal Energy Impact Survey - Evidence Based Learning designed to capture individual data relating to what replenishes and depletes energy, and the level of impact people, teams and organizations have. . This process increases awareness and energises the capacity to perform. This provides a significant platform for learning and development through learning events and coaching initiatives.
INTERVENE
Every organisation is unique. This is why we believe it is critical to understand the needs of our clients to best challenge and support the strategies which will have greatest impact for their investment and strategic priorities. We deliver customised initiatives, tailored to each of our client’s unique situation. However, to give a flavour of the types of offerings we provide clients here is a brief description of a few interventions and training programs.
Interventions
The Four Week Energy Intensive Program – This comprises a series of organisational interventions across a four week period. It provides an assessment of the current state of organisational energy (where it is flourishing and where it is lagging), an analysis of the potential gains you could get from creating a uniformly high energy work focus, and an energising action plan designed to yield high impact outcomes. There are a mix of workshops and individual processes that occur across the four weeks, spaced to fit in with normal work processes . They culminate in a range of organisational, team and individual strategies being established to create an environment of high performance.
The Progressive Reflection Experience – This experiential event comprises a three week journey of workshops and coaching support designed to create powerful shifts in energy and focus at the individual level. It is conducted with limited face-to-face interventions and is ideal for busy people wanting to get in touch with their own energy state and take themselves to higher levels of performance.
Energy into Action – Executive Coaching – Ultimately, your career success is really all about the journey you choose to take. The further you are prepared to rise – as a person foremost – the more you see ahead of you in terms of potential and possibilities. It’s grasping hold of the great challenge of life – to be the very best you can be and to help those you care about to be the very best they can be. This is exciting, stimulating and even at times daunting! And it’s always rewarding. Our qualified coaching team work with you to enable you to rise to be your best – in your career and in life. We provide one-on-one coaching sessions and you have the opportunity, should you wish, to also participate in group-based reflective processes.
Energy Encounter – Personal Coaching - No matter who we are, what we do, where we live…. we all want to live vibrant lives that have meaningful impact. Our coaching team work with you on a one-on-one basis for (typically) 4 – 6 sessions to enable you to rise in purpose, rise in achievement and rise in zest for life.

Energy into High Performing Teams - This 2 day workshop shows you how to create and sustain an energised team. We look at the crucial elements that make up successful teams and give you the chance to experience the power of these elements for yourself. This is a highly interactive, stimulating program that will have you bursting to get back to the office to get your team on its way to new levels of success!
Energy into Cultural Change – This 2 day workshop will ignite your passion for promoting a culture that has everyone giving their best, wanting to be their best and encouraging others to be their best. We look at what makes a great culture and the enormous benefits to be derived when this is in place. The strategies are developed for making it happen!
